^† The referred individual must pass ID verification, cannot be a previous cardholder and must open a new account using the referring CARD.com cardholder’s unique referral link. A cumulative $200 in payroll or federal benefits direct deposits, excluding tax refunds, must be met within 60 days from new card order, and the $50 will be credited within 5 business days. Referring and referred cardholders must have an account in good standing throughout the promotion. Credits totaling $600 or more must be reported on tax form 1099 MISC. If a cardholder accrues $600 or more in Refer a Friend bonuses in a calendar year, CARD.com will mail cardholder an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the total Refer a Friend bonuses for that calendar year.

^## If you directly deposit $1,000.00 or more in the prior 30-day period, in one lump sum or an aggregate of deposits totalling $1,000.00, the Monthly Maintenance Fee will be waived and will not appear on your Card Account. If in the following 30-day period month the minimum direct deposit load of $1,000.00 is not met, then you will see the Monthly Maintenance Fee charged to your Card Account.

^‡ In order for you to be paid early, your payroll or benefits payment provider must submit the deposit early. It is important to note that your payroll or benefits payment provider may not submit the deposit or payment early each payment period. Be sure to ask your payroll or benefits payment provider when they submit your deposit information to the bank for processing. Faster access to funds is based on comparison of traditional banking policies and deposit of paper checks from employers and government agencies versus deposits made electronically. Direct Deposit and earlier availability of funds is subject to payer’s support of the feature and timing of payer’s funding.
